Daimo Cup - 2010 Results

The weather was cooperating with sunny sky for the most part with only a touch of wind. When all the dusts were settled, Terry Owyang, our treasurer, who apparently has fully recovered from his surgeries over the summer, has emerged as the new winner of the Daimo Cup with a sizzling net score of 61 and the gift certificate that comes along with winning the cup. Dinner is on Terry!!!

There were six skins and the winners are: Benny Lee, Clem Leung, Hugh Lee, Stuart Lum, Terry Owyang, and Chris Lang.

For those of you who came in first in your flight, you are already qualified for the year end TOC. For the rest of you who participated, you have qualified to play in 2011's first major, Marc Rice.

Daimo Cup 2010 - Deer Ridge Golf Club - Brentwood

Welcome to OCGC's finial tournament of 2010, the Daimo Cup, sponsored by KK Tong. The pairings are pasted at the bottom of this message. Please observe the following rules:

• Men play from the BLUE tees, Ladies play from the GOLD tees.



• Proper golf attire, soft spikes only



• Summer rules unless the course conditions dictate otherwise.



• USGA rules govern all plays, if in doubt, play another ball, count both scores and the committee will decide for you.



• Play ready golf, keep pace with the groups in front of you. The 20 minutes time clock will be in effect and your group's official score card must be turned in to the scorers table within 20 minutes of the group in front of you. Penalty: one stroke for every member of your group.



• Have fun!
